（2） Order Placement & Tracking

• Get instant account and email confirmations with order numbers, item lists, and estimated shipping times after placing an order. Track package status via logistics numbers on your account or third-party platforms (from warehouse to customs clearance to final delivery).

• Submit inquiries for target products (indicate purchase quantity and customization needs like packaging/LOGO printing).
